Representative Rokeberg moved and asked unanimous consent that Amendment No. 1 be adopted. Objection was heard. Representative Rokeberg moved and asked unanimous consent to withdraw Amendment No. 1. There being no objection, it was so ordered. Amendment No. 2 was offered by Representative Rokeberg: Page 2, line 9: Delete reporting under (a) of this section ªFATAL TO ONE OR MORE EMPLOYEES OR THAT RESULTS IN THE OVERNIGHT HOSPITALIZATION OF TWO OR MORE EMPLOYEESß Insert fatal to one or more employees or that results in in-patient [THE OVERNIGHTß hospitalization of two or more employees Representative Rokeberg moved and asked unanimous consent that Amendment No. 2 be adopted. Representative Therriault objected. The Speaker stated that HB 118 would be held in second reading with the pending amendment to the March 10, 1997, calendar.
